Τα Emmy Awards 2020 πραγματοποιήθηκαν σε digital μορφή στη σκιά της πανδημίας, αυτό όμως δεν εμπόδισε τους παρουσιαστές και τους υποψήφιους από το να φέρουν λίγη λάμψη στο virtual κόκκινο χαλί. Στα σπίτια τους, στις αυλές τους, στις σουίτες ξενοδοχείων, οι celebrities ετοιμάστηκαν κανονικά, προσαρμόστηκαν στο νέο format της απονομής και φόρεσαν σύνολα που έκαναν τη διαφορά.
